一种降低管母线焊接缺陷率专用工具的研制及应用

摘 要:介绍了一种新型的降低管母线焊接缺陷率专用工具的研制,分析了管母线焊接缺陷率产生的原因。对转动工具、托架支撑件及托架传动轴的改进进行了阐述,经在某500 kV 变电站新建工程中应用此新工具进行管母线的焊接,降低了管母线焊接的观感缺陷率,焊接后的管母线观感质量好,并取得良好的经济效益。

A Kind of Research and Application of Reducing Defect Rate of Tubular Busbar Welding

Abstract: Introduction was made to the development of special tool, a new-type of reducing defect rate of tubular busbar welding. This paper analyzed the cause of defect rate of tubular busbar welding and expounded the improved turning tool, bracket supports and bracket shaft. After the new tool was used to weld the tubular busbar in new project of certain 500 kV substation, the impression defect rate of tubular busbar welding was reduced and the impression quality of tubular busbar welding was good, with favourable economic benefit.
