一种提高逆变电源功率密度的有效策略

    摘 要:研究并实现了一种提高逆变器功率密度的有效策略,该技术将较低开关频率的单相全桥逆变器用相移载波SPWM 的方式串联成级联式逆变器,经谐波分析、计算机仿真以及原理样机实验,结果表明:该策略降低了对器件频率特性的要求,减小了开关损耗;降低了输出谐波含量,输出滤波器体积显著减小,电能质量好;样机结构模块化,输入电压和功率被若干模块平分,器件电压应力小,且实现了分布式电能变换,可靠性高。

A Kind of Effective Strategy for Improving Power Density of Inverter

    Abstract: This paper researched and realized a kind of effective strategy for improving power density of inverter. The lower switching frequency single phase full bridge inverter adopted the phase shift carrier sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology to connect the inverters in series. The results of harmonic analysis, computer simulation and principled sample machine experiment show that this strategy reduces the requirements of devices frequency characteristics, switching losses, harmonic contents of output and output filter volume with good power quality. The prototype structure is modularized, the input voltage and power are divided equally by some modules and the device voltage stress is small, which realizes the conversion of distributed power energy with high reliability.
