一起干式铁心串联电抗器烧损原因浅析及处理

    摘 要:针对一起干式铁心串联电抗器烧损的事故,通过对烧损的串联电抗器进行解体检查,结合产品运行期间出现的温升及噪声过高的问题展开分析,认为引起电抗器烧损及噪声大的主要原因是由于铁心材质存在问题,并提出了检修实施方案,产品重新投入运行后,引起铁心串联电抗器温度过高及噪声大的主要原因已基本排除。

Elementary Analysis and Treatment of a Case of Dry-Type Iron Core Series Reactor Burned Loss Cause

    Abstract: This paper took the examination on the disintegrated parts of burned loss series reactors and carried out analysis for problems of fast temperature rise and loud noises during operation. The main reason causing series reactors burned loss and loud noises were the problem of iron core material. The overhaul embodiment was proposed and its effect was verified.
