空气中含碳气体的超声监测装置的设计与实现

    摘 要:基于声衰理论,介绍了采用超声波监测混合气体的方法,设计了一种用超声波传感器测量空气中含碳气体的监测装置,由该超声监测模型下位机测量模块和上位机监测模块组成,将各子模块连接调试,并进行实验测量,得到的实验数据与理论数据相符,可以实现对空气中含碳气体成分和浓度的监测。

Design and Implementation of Ultrasonic Monitoring Device of Carbon-Containing Gas in Air

    Abstract: Based on the acoustic decay theory, this paper introduced the method adopting ultrasonic mixed-gas monitoring. A kind of monitoring device was designed with the ultrasonic sensors measuring carbon-containing gases in air. The monitoring device was composed of the lower computer, the measuring module and the upper computer, the monitoring module of ultrasonic monitoring model. Each submodule was connected, debugged, and carried out experimental measurement. The experimental data and theoretical data were consistent with each other, which realizes monitoring the component and concentration of the carbon-containing gas in air.
