1 100 kV隔离开关静弧触头改进分析

    摘 要:根据1 100 kV 隔离开关(DS) 静弧触头的结构特点及工况建立力学模型,并利用力学模型对国产化静弧触头进行改进,经对1 100 kV DS 静弧触头的力学性能进行理论计算和有限元分析,给出了合适的静弧触头改进方案。通过实测改进后的国产DS 静弧触头压变力,确立合适的DS 静弧触头尺寸,满足了工程实际需求。

Analysis of 1 100 kV Disconnecting Switch Static Arc Contact Improvement

    Abstract: According to the structure characteristics and working condition of 11 00 kV disconnecting switch (DS) static arc contact, this paper established the mechanical model, by which the domestic static arc contact was improved. After the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of mechanical property in 11 00 kV DS static arc contact, this paper gave the improved suitable static arc contact scheme. The pressing deformation force of improved domestic DS static arc contact was carried out actual measurement to establish the suitable size of DS static arc contact so as to fit the engineering requirements.
