新型变电设备高压试验双防线智能安全监护系统

摘 要:研制了一套用于高压试验现场的双防线智能安全监护系统,介绍了其工作原理,并给出了设计方案。该系统以红外探测、信号检测与处理等技术为基础,通过单元模块化设计,在作业现场形成警示、跳闸的双重防护区域,可针对试验现场人员误入区域的情况进行判断,最终执行相应声光报警或紧急跳闸等动作来避免危险发生。现场应用证明了该系统的可靠性与实用性。

Abstract: This paper developed a set of intelligent safety monitoring system with double line of defense used in high-voltage test site. Introduction was made to its work theory and the design scheme was given. The system was based on the technique of infrared detection, signal detection and processing etc., and it formed a dual protection area for warning and tripping through the unit-modularize design. In allusion to judging the situation of test locale personnel’s mis-entering area, the corresponding sound and light alarming or emergency trip action was implemented at last so as to avoid danger. The practical application proves the reliability and practicability of this system.
