新型遮阳罩结构对离相封闭母线温升特性影响分析

    摘 要:传统的遮阳罩不仅阻力大,其散热效果也不够理想。为了降低日照强度对母线产品温升的影响,就设计开发出的一种新型遮阳罩,从遮阳罩温升、母线外壳温升、母线导体温升三个方面与传统遮阳罩进行了对比试验。结果表明:新型遮阳罩降温效果优于传统遮阳罩,风阻也得到很大减小,并且新型遮阳罩自身重量比传统遮阳罩轻,在减少工程用材的同时减轻了设备总体重量。

Research on Influence of Phase Enclosed Bus Temperature Rise
Characteristic by New Type Sunshade Structure

    Abstract: The traditional sunshade not only has large resistance but also has unsatisfactory effect of heat dissipation. In order to reduce the influence of sunlight intensity on the bus product temperature rise, a new type of sunshade was designed to carry out the comparative trial with the traditional sunshade from three respects of sunshade temperature rise, bus enclosure temperature rise, bus conduct enclosure temperature rise. The results show that the cooling effect of the novel sunshade is superior to the traditional one, and the wind resistance is less than the old sunshade. In addition, the new sunshade is lighter than the traditional one, reducing the engineering materials and reducing the overall weight of the device at the same time.
